HOW TO BECOME A GOOD LAWYER

Six tips of the famous defender Tayyib Irshad on how to become invincible in court.

1. Do not hide anything from the client.

This is very important, you need to accustom yourself to honesty with the client. This is a way not only to become a good lawyer, but also to remain safe and sound. You can go a long way, deceiving and encouraging the client, but if the hopeful client hears in court a completely different decision than he expected, this can lead to a real tragedy. If someone does not know, then I report: over the past year, several lawyers have been killed in USA.

2. Think of the charge.

To be honest with the client, you must be honest with yourself. Learn to objectively evaluate yourself. If you understand and admit to yourself in time that it’s not at all possible for you to be a defender, you can quickly change your direction of activity. Maybe you’ll understand that it’s better to be a great prosecutor than a bad lawyer.

3. Follow the news.

Jurisprudence is a very delicate area, constantly there are some corrections and changes. Have time to follow them, as well as global trends. Use maximum sources of information. Television, newspapers, the Internet are the best friends of a lawyer. To make the information environment comfortable for me, I tune in from the very beginning of the day: my alarm clock turns on at six in the morning and the radio starts working automatically. As soon as I wake up, I begin to literally absorb information.

4. Hide fear.

You will not become a good lawyer if you can not overcome the excitement. At first, it will probably be scary, but you do not need to show it. I perfectly remember my first thing - the robbery of a jewelry store. Then I spoke in court for the first time, and I’ll say honestly: my knees were shaking. And behind me, by the way, is the kid behind bars. The judge sits, grins. I hesitated a couple of times, but continued to speak. Persuaded, struggled with excitement. And in the end he won the case.

5. Classify customers.

75% of the work of a lawyer is the work of a psychologist. If you are observant and try to understand the nature of each client, it will be easier for you to work in the future. I have already developed a whole classification of clients in my head. Literally a minute after meeting a person, I, as a rule, precisely determine to which group he belongs: a stooge, a complainer or a really injured person. It helps me find an approach to it faster.

6. Keep fit.

The lawyer has to work hard and hard. How to deal with it? In no case do not forget about sports and sex life. After all, in order to keep up with everything, you need to have good physical fitness and good health. Not only me, but also many of my friends start the day with exercise. For example, run. And if at this time you need to do business, they conduct business conversations on a cell phone right on the run.

ANIMATION CREATION

Animation World: You don’t have to be a cartoonist to have animation be a big part of your life. Animation  is everywhere in our homes, schools, work, and everywhere there’s a screen. And if you grew up in  the modern country, chances are you’ve witnessed seminal accomplishments in animation history without even knowing it. These works marked important milestones in animation , an art form that continuously challenges its creators to push technology so that anything that can be imagined can also be brought to life. Animation, while often thought of as a more or less modern medium, has been being used in different forms since 1906. MAGIC LANTERN: The Magic Lantern is an image projector using pictures on sheets of glass. Since some sheets contain moving parts, it is considered the first example of projected animation.
