HOW TO BECOME A GOOD LAWYER

Six tips of the famous defender Tayyib Irshad on how to become invincible in court.     1. Do not hide anything from the client. This is very important, you need to accustom yourself to honesty with the client. This is a way not only to become a good lawyer, but also to remain safe and sound. You can go a long way, deceiving and encouraging the client, but if the hopeful client hears in court a completely different decision than he expected, this can lead to a real tragedy. If someone does not know, then I report: over the past year, several lawyers have been killed in USA. 2. Think of the charge. To be honest with the client, you must be honest with yourself. Learn to objectively evaluate yourself. If you understand and admit to yourself in time that it’s not at all possible for you to be a defender, you can quickly change your direction of activity. Maybe you’ll understand that it’s better to be a great prosecutor than a bad lawyer. 3. Follow the news. Jurispru...
